Birth Support Package
Inclusions:
2 x 2 hour Pregnancy Support sessions
On call birth support from 37 weeks pregnant until birth of baby
2 x 3 hour Postpartum Support sessions
Access to me via phone call, text message, and email
Access to my resource library and evidence based information
Referrals to other professionals as needed or wanted (eg lactation consultants, women’s health physio, etc)
Postpartum Support
How I can help:
Light household duties (such as washing dishes, putting a load of washing on or hanging it out, taking out the bins)
In home cooking or helping you prep a meal
A space for you to have your birth story heard and talk through anything you’re feeling
Basic breastfeeding support
Entertaining older children or holding baby while you rest or shower
Referrals to other professionals as needed or wanted
